The suitable transport temperature range for common cargoes in a reefer container. Temperatures are in degrees Celsius; on the axis, left is colder and right is warmer.

These ranges are approximate and for general guidance; the exact temperature depends on the product type, variety and ripeness and the shipper's recommendation. Some fruits are chill-sensitive and must not be kept below the allowed limit. The final reefer setting must follow the shipment's loading instructions.
